The Roost

The Roost Bed And Breakfast is located just 10 miles west of Interstate 95, and 15 minutes from Augusta, Maine, in the town of Winthrop.  This is approximately one hour north of Portland and 1 hour south of Bangor.  We are situated within the beautiful Cobbossee lakes region, and only 15 minutes from shopping in the capitol (Augusta.)

 

Policies and Advisories

• If you have pet allergies, we do have two adult well-behaved house cats.

• Small, well-behaved crated dogs are permitted.

Payments and bookings

• ​We accept personal checks or cash

• Must cancel within 14 days of stay

  • If canceled after 14-day cancellation period, one night's room rate will be charged.
